Haulathon General Rules

Get ready for the most exciting virtual trucking event of 2025—the Haulathon Tournament, hosted by TruckersHub! Whether you're a seasoned trucker or just love the thrill of the open road, this tournament promises to be an action-packed, team-based competition where speed, precision, and teamwork are paramount.

In this detailed blog post, we’ll walk you through every aspect of the tournament—from the structure to the game challenges, the rules, and the prizes. So, grab your gear, rally your team, and get ready for the Haulathon Tournament!

Tournament Overview

• Teams: Each team consists of 3 players.
• TruckersHub Tracker: This must be installed and running throughout the tournament to log your jobs. If you face issues, please contact TruckersHub support via our Discord server before the tournament day.
• Groups: Teams will be divided into 4 groups (A, B, C, D).
• Matches: Each group will have 3 Group Stage Challenges. In each challenge, only 1 player from each team can participate.

Tournament Format

Here’s how the Haulathon Tournament will unfold:

1. Group Stage

• Teams will be divided into four groups: Group A, B, C, and D.
• 3 Challenges will be held during the group stage, and each challenge will feature one player from each team.
• The top 10 teams from each group will advance to the Quarterfinals.

2. Quarterfinals

• The remaining 40 teams will be split into two groups. Group 1 and 2
• Teams will compete in one major challenge, and the top 10 teams from each group will move forward to the Semifinals.

3. Semifinals

• A total of 20 teams will battle it out in the Semifinals.
• The best 10 teams will qualify for the Finals.

4. Finals

• The top 10 teams will face off in a thrilling Relay Race to determine the ultimate champion.

Detailed Game Challenges

The Haulathon Tournament is packed with exciting challenges designed to test your skills in different trucking scenarios. Here’s what you can expect during each stage of the tournament:

Group Stage Challenge 1: Long Heavy Haul

• Date: March 14, 2025 (Friday) at 5:00 pm UTC
• Objective: Haul a heavy cargo across the picturesque, yet demanding roads of Switzerland. The journey is 1,848 km long, and the challenge is to complete it as quickly and carefully as possible.
• Distance: 1,848 km
• Start Location: Klagenfurt am Wörthersee (Kathode)
• End Location: Bern (Tree-ET)
• Cargo: Loaders (Can Copy job by our in game Staff member)

Requirements:

• TruckersHub Tracker must be installed and running.

Key Points to Win:

• Speed: The faster you complete the job, the more points you’ll earn.
• Damage: Cargo damage will result in point deductions—every 10% of damage equals a 1-point loss.
• Parking: Show your skills with extra points for back parking (+10 points) and forward parking (+5 points). Skipping parking gets you 0 points.

Rules:

1. No Repairs or Services: You cannot repair your truck during the haul.
2. No Teleporting: Teleporting will result in disqualification.
3. No Route Changes: Stick to the designated route—no shortcuts!
4. Save Load is Prohibited: Restarting the job from a saved point is strictly forbidden.

Team Participation Rule:

• Each team can only send one player to compete in this challenge.

Group Stage Challenge 2: Drag Race

• Date: March 15, 2025 (Saturday) at 4:00 pm UTC
• Objective: It’s a straight-line race between the fastest truckers! In a high-speed showdown, drivers will go head-to-head in a drag race to see who’s the fastest on the tarmac.
• Start Location: Highway E51 near Berlin

Key Points to Win:

• Speed: The quickest driver wins—simple and straightforward.

Rules:

1. No Mods Allowed: All trucks must be standard and unmodified.
2. Fair Play: Any unfair advantage or tampering will lead to disqualification.

Team Participation Rule:

• Each team can send only 1 player to race.

Event Link: Day 2: Haulathon Tournament

Group Stage Challenge 3: Find the Correct Route

• Date: March 16, 2025 (Sunday) at 5:00 pm UTC
• Objective: Navigate from Dover to Glasgow while choosing between multiple alternate routes. Only one route is the correct path. Your task is to find it and complete the job as quickly as possible.
• Cargo: You must take Excavated Soil Cargo (Can Copy job by our in game Staff member)

Key Points to Win:

• Speed: Find the correct route and reach the destination faster than your competitors.
• Rank Points: Your final position determines your rank points—faster teams earn more points.

Rules:

1. No Teleporting: You cannot teleport to the service or garage.
2. No Save Load: Restarting from a saved game is prohibited.

Team Participation Rule:

• Only 1 player from each team can compete in this challenge.

Event Link: Day 3: Haulathon Tournament

Quarterfinal Challenge: Mystery Location Hunt

• Date: March 21, 2025 (Friday) at 5:00 pm UTC
• Objective: Teams will embark on a mystery location hunt, solving clues to find specific locations on the map. A new image hint will be posted every 5 minutes, with a total of 12 hints. The fastest team to find and submit all locations wins.

Note:- In order to post the image you may use Imgurify Bot to easily upload images and get the link quickly.

Key Points to Win:

• Speed: The quicker you locate and submit the answers, the better your chances.

Play Area:

• The location hunt will take place within the Czech Republic.
  

Rules:

1. Screenshots Required: Submit screenshots of each location with your name visible in the Tab menu.
2. Limited Teleporting: You can only teleport to garages or service stations—no other forms of teleportation are allowed.

Team Participation Rule:

• All 3 team members can participate in this challenge.

Event Link: Day 4: Haulathon Tournament

Semifinal: Sumo Event

• Date: March 22, 2025 (Saturday) at 4:00 pm UTC
• Objective: Each team member will receive a riddle leading to a starting position. Upon reaching this position, another riddle will be unveiled, pointing to the final destination. The task is to create a job from the starting position to the destination and complete it as quickly as possible, with minimal cargo damage.

Key Points to Win:

• Riddles: Delivered in-game, challenging participants to think on their wheels.
• Job: Navigate through clues, create a haul, and deliver cargo safely to the designated location.
• Play Area: Varies based on the riddles.

• Riddle: Will be provided in game.

Rules:

1. No Repairs: Truck repairs or services are not allowed once the job starts.
2. No Teleportation: Avoid using garages, service stations, or any teleportation during the challenge.
3. No Save Load: Refrain from reloading saved progress to gain an advantage.

Team Participation Rule:

• All 3 players from each team can compete in this challenge.

Event Link: Day 5: Haulathon Tournament

Finals: Relay Race

• Date: March 23, 2025 (Sunday) at 5:00 pm UTC
• Objective: The final showdown will feature a high-octane Relay Race where the top 10 teams from the semifinals will compete for ultimate victory. Each team will relay through different tasks and complete the final leg to determine the champion.

• Paris to Stuttgart - Player 1
• Stuttgart to Bern - Player 2
• Bern to Munich - Player 3

Details:-

Race #1:

• Distance: 581 km
• Start: Paris (Tradeaux)
• End: Stuttgart (Steinbruch)
• Cargo: You must take Forklifts Cargo (Can Copy job by our in game Staff member)

Race #2:

• Distance: 534 km
• Start: Stuttgart (Steinbruch)
• End: Bern (Eacres)
• Cargo: You must take Chemicals Cargo (Can Copy job by our in game Staff member)

Race 3:

• Distance: 574 km
• Start: Bern (Eacres)
• End: Munich (BCP)
• Cargo: You must take Cement Cargo (Can Copy job by our in game Staff member)

Rules:-

1. Must complete the job with Back Parking.
2. Cant service your Truck During the Haul.
3. No Teleport to service, garage or anywhere else.
4. Save load during the relay race is not allowed.
5. Player must depart only once the job is delivered by previous team member. False Start penalty will be imposed.

• TruckersHub Tracker is mandatory for all participants to log jobs and track progress during the tournament. If you encounter any issues, contact TruckersHub Support on our Discord server before the tournament begins.
• Team Players Must join TruckersHub Discord server for better communication. If Team Leader Leaves TruckersHub Discord, The whole team may get disqualified.
