Haulathon Tournament Rules & Guidelines
To ensure a fair, fun, and competitive environment for all participants, the following rules and guidelines will be strictly enforced throughout the Haulathon Tournament. By participating, all players agree to adhere to these rules. Any violations may result in penalties, disqualification, or banning from the event.
1. General Conduct

Respect & Sportsmanship: Players are expected to treat each other with respect
at all times. Harassment, verbal abuse, or offensive language will not be tolerated, either in the game chat,
on Discord, or any other communication platform.
- No Racism, Discrimination, or Hate Speech: Any form of discriminatory behavior will result in immediate disqualification.
- Trolling & Griefing: Any intentional disruptions or trolling (blocking roads, deliberately damaging other players' trucks, etc.) is prohibited and will lead to penalties or disqualification.

Cheating & Exploiting:
- Strictly No Cheating: The use of any third-party tools, cheats, exploits, or mods that give unfair advantages is strictly forbidden.
- No Glitch Exploits: Exploiting in-game glitches to gain an advantage will result in disqualification.

Fair Play:
- Collisions/Intentional Crashes: Crashing into other players or engaging in reckless driving to hinder opponents will not be tolerated.
- Save Loading & Teleporting: Players are prohibited from using "Save Load" during jobs or teleporting outside of the designated locations (e.g., garages, service stations).
2. Team Rules
- Team Composition: Each team must consist of 3 players. Teams may only field one player per game during group stage challenges unless otherwise specified.

Team Names:
- Appropriate & Respectful Names: Team names must not contain offensive, vulgar, or hateful language. Names that violate this rule will be rejected, and the team will be asked to choose another name.
- Unique Names: No two teams may have the same name. First-come, first-serve.
- No Multiple Team Entries: A player may only be a member of one team throughout the tournament. Joining multiple teams is not allowed.
3. Game-Specific Rules
- TruckersHub Tracker: All players must have the TruckersHub Tracker installed and running during the tournament to log their jobs and track progress. Failure to do so may result in disqualification from that specific game.

Challenge Participation:
- For most group stage challenges, only 1 player per team may compete in a challenge unless otherwise stated.
- Quarterfinals, semifinals, and finals may have all team members participating in specific challenges (refer to the challenge rules).
4. Communication
- Discord Requirement: All teams must join the official TruckersHub Discord Server and stay connected during the tournament. Important announcements and updates will be communicated there. Team captains are responsible for relaying updates to their team members.
- Support: In case of any technical issues with the TruckersHub Tracker or other concerns, players should reach out to TruckersHub Support via Discord before the tournament begins.
5. Reporting Issues & Disputes
- Reporting Cheaters: If you suspect a player or team is cheating or exploiting bugs, report the incident immediately to the tournament admin team through Discord. Provide as much evidence as possible, such as screenshots or video footage.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes regarding results, penalties, or player behavior will be handled by the tournament organizers. Their decisions will be final.
6. Streaming & Content Creation
- Streaming: Players are allowed to stream only their gameplay on platforms like Twitch or YouTube. However, they must adhere to tournament rules, and any misconduct during streaming will still be subject to penalties.
- Content Sharing: Participants are encouraged to share content (screenshots, videos) on social media, but ensure that all shared content aligns with the general conduct rules.
7. Tournament Schedule
- Punctuality: Teams must be on time for each game as per the schedule. If a team fails to show up on time, it may result in a forfeit.
- Delays: Unforeseen delays due to technical issues or other emergencies will be handled by the tournament organizers. All decisions regarding scheduling will be communicated via Discord.
These rules ensure the tournament is fair and enjoyable for all participants. Failure to follow them may result in penalties or disqualification. Let’s keep the tournament fun, competitive, and respectful!
