Management Team

Announcements Board: Management can now post and manage announcements directly from the dashboard, keeping everyone up-to-date.

Ticket Transcripts: Added ticket transcripts for clear record-keeping of ticket interactions, making follow-ups a breeze.

Human Resources

Automated Email Notifications : HR now sends automated emails to notify drivers of leave status. Know instantly if your leave is approved or denied!

Event Management

Event Invitations Statistics : Tracking invites has been improved! Now we can see exactly how many invites are sent by the event team.

Slot Requests & Statuses : Track slot requests with acceptance or rejection statuses to streamline event organization.

Event Card Integration : Events are now showcased directly on the main website for easier access and visibility.

Operation Management

Tour Bonus System : Bonuses based on tour performance are here. Drive well, earn rewards!

Awards Page : Introducing the awards page—a dedicated space for recognizing outstanding achievements.

Division Cargo Management : New feature to add division-specific cargo, enhancing logistics efficiency for each division.

October Event Recap

The month of October was a busy one for Nexon Logistics, packed with exciting convoys and events that brought our community together on the virtual roads. Here’s a quick overview of what went down:

Total Events Hosted:

22 events were organised throughout October, giving our drivers plenty of chances to come together, enjoy convoying, and build camaraderie.

Total Event Participation:

We had 19 events with successful participation, showing the dedication of our members to keep the wheels turning.

Cancelled Events:

Unfortunately, 3 events were cancelled because of unfortunate reasons.

Average Player Attendance:

On average, 14 players attended each convoy held between 11:00 and 13:00 UTC, demonstrating a strong turnout from our community.
