How to Become a Certified or Partnered VTC in TruckersHub

TruckersHub offers two prestigious VTC recognition programs—Certified and Partnered VTC—to acknowledge and support Virtual Trucking Companies that are active and engaged in the community. Each program has distinct requirements and benefits, encouraging VTCs to build a strong presence on the platform. To join either program, VTC owners must create a CM (Community Management) ticket in the TruckersHub Discord server and submit the necessary information.

Certified VTC Program

The Certified VTC status is designed for well-established VTCs that demonstrate consistent activity and engagement. Achieving certification provides additional visibility and access to tools to further grow the VTC.

Requirements

To qualify for Certified VTC status, a VTC must meet the following criteria:

1. Active Membership: Have at least 30 active members monthly within the VTC.
2. Public Convoys: Host at least 3 public convoys using the TruckersHub Events System within the last 6 months.
3. Distance Driven: Accumulate a minimum of 500,000 kilometers driven as a VTC.
4. Blog Contributions: Post a minimum of 1 blog on TruckersHub and ensure ongoing monthly updates with new blog posts.
5. Connected Accounts: VTC leaders must connect their TruckersHub forum and Discord accounts.
6. Simulation System: Set up and actively maintain the TruckersHub simulation system within the VTC.

Requirements

To be eligible for Partnered VTC status, a VTC must fulfill the following:

1. Active Membership: Maintain at least 50 active members monthly.
2. Certification Period: Hold Certified VTC status for at least 3 months.
3. Blog Contributions: Publish a minimum of 3 blog posts initially and continue adding at least 1 new blog post each month.
4. Event Hosting: Host at least 1 public convoy using the TruckersHub Events System every month.
5. Distance Driven: Reach a milestone of 1,000,000 kilometers driven as a VTC and continue to drive atleast 100,000 km every month.
6. Community Engagement: Actively engage in TruckersHub challenges and events to demonstrate community involvement.
7. Positive Reputation: Maintain a spotless record with no strikes or violations over the past 6 months.
8. Connected Accounts: Ensure that VTC leaders have their TruckersHub forum and Discord accounts connected.
9. Simulation System: Set up and actively use the TruckersHub simulation system.

How to Apply for Certification or Partnership?

To submit a request for either the Certified or Partnered VTC status:

1. Join the TruckersHub Discord Server: Make sure that both the VTC owner and leaders have connected their forum and Discord accounts.
2. Open a CM Ticket: In the TruckersHub Discord, create a Community Management ticket.
3. Submit Required Information: Provide documentation showing that the VTC meets all the necessary requirements for either Certified or Partnered status.
4. Await Approval: The TruckersHub team will review the application and confirm eligibility.
