Star Rating
Star rating determines the quality of deliveries logged by drivers on TruckersHub. The overall star rating of a driver is determined by average of all star ratings achieved per delivery.
Breakdown of star rating per delivery
When you start a job, you start with 5 stars (50 points). Each star represents 10 points. Various factors affect your final star rating per job in the form of deductions or additions.
Deductions
You lose
- 2.5 stars / 25 points for late delivery
- 0.25 stars / 2.5 points per percent of cargo damage
- 0.02 stars / 0.2 points per percent of trailer damage
- 0.01 stars / 0.1 points per percent of truck damaged
Additions
You gain
- 0.5 stars / 5 points for completing a special transport delivery
- 0.3 stars / 3 points for completing a World of Trucks job
- 0.1 stars / 1 point for manually parking your trailer at the destination
Note: Additions are not effective if you finish a delivery without any factors that cause deductions, as you finish your delivery with the same amount of star rating you started with, which is 5 stars / 50 points.
Example scenario
You finish your job with 2% truck damage, 3% trailer damage and 1% cargo damage. Your final star rating would be 50 - ((2x0.1) + (3x0.2) + (1x2.5)) = 50 - 3.34 = 46.66 = 4.6 stars
